Please read the below steps prior to filling out Class Card form below:

STEP 1.  Purchase a Drill Class Card in Jackrabbit ($220 for 10 HOURS of class).

STEP 2. Review class options below.  These are the classes for which your drill class card can be used. PDF Download available here.

MONDAY CLASSES

4:00 PM – Jazz L2/3
5:00 PM – Ballet L3 with L2 approval (1.5 hr)
5:00 PM – Ballet L4 with L3 approval (1.5 hr)
5:00 PM – Jumps & Turns Beg
6:30 PM – Pre-Pointe (30 min)
6:30 PM – Pointe L1
6:30 PM – Jazz L3/4
7:30 PM – Contemporary Int/Adv (1.5 hr)
7:30 PM – Tap L3

 

TUESDAY CLASSES

4:00 PM – Acro L4
4:30 PM – Ballet L3 (1.5 hr)
4:30 PM – Ballet L4 (1.5 hr)
5:00 PM – Jazz L4/5
6:00 PM – Contemporary Beg/Int
6:00 PM – Contemporary Adv
6:00 PM – Jumps & Turns Int/Adv
7:00 PM – Acro L3
7:00 PM – Hip Hop L4/5
7:00 PM – Stretch & Strength/Flexibility Int
8:00 PM – Contemporary Int


WEDNESDAY CLASSES

5:00 PM – Ballet incl Pointe L4 (2 hr)
5:00 PM – Jazz L1/2
6:00 PM – Jazz L3
7:00 PM – Acro Tricks for Dance/Drill Beg/Int
7:00 PM – Hip Hop L3
7:00 PM – Jumps & Turns Adv
7:00 PM – Pilates (for dancers) Teen/Adult Open
7:30 PM – Contemporary Beg/Int
7:30 PM – Variations L3–5 (1.5 hr)
8:00 PM – Contemporary Int
8:00 PM – Hip Hop L3/4

THURSDAY CLASSES

7:00 PM – Hip Hop L4/5 (Instructor Approval Required)
8:00 PM – Hip Hop Fusion L4/5 (Instructor Approval Required)

STEP 3. Fill out the form below. Form must be filled out in order to drop you in to each class. You will then receive a confirmation from the front desk (info@balancedancestudios.com) with your class schedule.

STEP 4: On your first day of class, please arrive 15 minutes early to visit the front desk, receive your class card and turn in your drill documentation (we can make a copy if you prefer). Your documentation will be filed at the front desk and filled out by your class instructors weekly.  You will only get credit for classes that you attended. You can check the status of your requirements at any time!

*For class changes, please fill out the makeup class form HERE. (Max 2 changes allowed per season). Must submit form prior to missed class and provide at least 7 days notice from the requested makeup class date.

*Alternatively, if you’d like to pay per drop in class our regular drop in rates are 1hr $25 or 1.5hr $35
