Please follow the steps below to complete the required company paperwork and forms:
1. Join Band App HERE (this will be a primary form of communication and updates)
2. Click HERE to review and sign your Verge Dance Collective Agreement. Please sign PRIOR TO TEAM WELCOME MEETING
3. Complete the company on-boarding form HERE which includes submissions for solo/duet/trio, team captain and team parent.
