Please follow the steps below to complete the required company paperwork and forms:

1. JOIN THE COMPANY BAND APP –  this will be a primary form of communication and updates)

2. REVIEW & SIGN YOUR COMPANY AGREEMENT PRIOR TO TEAM WELCOME MEETING

3. COMPLETE THE COMPANY ON-BOARDING FORM which includes submissions for solo/duet/trio, team captain and team parent.
